Rodrigo’s microlot varietals include Villa Sarchi, Typica, Bourbon, Caturra, Villalobos, and Gesha. The processes he uses are honey or fully-washed.
Rodrigo’s father valued education and taught Rodrigo and his siblings the importance of school and coffee farming from a young age. Rodrigo introduced a more sustainable business model to the family farm. El Greco produces a special coffee nurtured with care and processed with traceability and quality.
